We are currently cooperating with the Central Bohemian municipality of Pátek u Poděbrad on a pilot project for the municipal installation of four PROTUR turbines. In connection with this project, together with the mayor of Pátek, Mr. Bulušek, we organized a presentation of the planned installation and a visit to our PROTUR test facility for Mrs. Jana Skopalíková, Councillor for Environment and Agriculture of the Central Bohemian Region. The presentation, which took place on March 4, 2024, was joined by several other representatives from Central Bohemian municipalities interested in using our micro-hydro source in the municipal energy sector. During the meeting, a lively and fruitful discussion developed among the participants about community and municipal energy, the implementation of micro-hydro renewables, the associated barriers we must overcome in relation to in-stream installations, and possible support from the Central Bohemian Region.
